I upgraded from 2010 to 2012 and it works like a champ. I contacted their support because my old version wasn't copying Up! and they gave me a discount on an upgrade to the latest for being a loyal customer. I upgraded to the Gold version so I could put it on my iPad and it worked great. No bluray drive so I didn't upgrade all the way, but for the money is a great program. I use it all the time when I travel.
My mom and sister use it on their computers as well with no problems. One thing I'd like is if it had a single click DVD copy.
