- Lois Howell - I use the CalorieKing 2013 book dailyI use this book daily since I am counting calories - AND proteins! There are so many little tidbits of information in the book - I haven't begun to read all of them; but when I do take time to, I find them very interesting. The book is not just a calorie counter. It also gives fats, carbs, proteins, and sodium. It is a small book and is handy to carry along when you go out to eat. And that brings up one more plus - It gives calorie counts for foods in many well-known restaurants. I highly recommend CalorieKing 2013 to anyone who wants help keeping track of what he/she is eating.

- Jfollmer - Awesome JacketI recently picked up this jacket from the dickies site for cyber monday,and so far i'm loving it. At first I was worried about the size being too small that others have mentioned since i have wide shoulders and a slimmer waist but the jacket fits perfect and i can still layer a hoodie underneath with no bunched up feeling. The color is great, stitching is nice, lining keeps me warm and the sleeves don't slide up a lot when i bend my arms like others have mentioned. The cut of the jacket is PERFECT sits right over the beltline but doesnt hang low like a lot of other jackets tend to. As for the pockets they are also superb the angle they're at makes it hard for anything to fall out, and the interior pocket is large. All in all this is the perfect fall-spring jacket,it is a great alternative to bulky, heavy carhartt's and much warmer than a windbreaker or hoodie, and much more stylish as well as functional, especially for the price. I highly reccomend this jacket and the size issue seems to be coming from a lot of people wearing larger sizes, I ordered my shirt size (large) and it isnt tight but it is snug as a jacket is supposed to be.
